Who you are booking with
Your booking for AdNews L!VE Adelaide 2022 is made with Yaffa Media Pty Ltd. That organisation and the event organiser are responsible for the event itself. Book This provides the booking system and is not a party to your booking.
Making a booking
Choose your tickets, add guest details if you have them, and give your billing details. Your booking is complete once payment has been received.
If payment is not completed, the organiser may cancel your booking and release its seats, and you will need to book again.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. No fee is added for paying by card, and the total is shown before you pay.
A confirmation email goes to the email address you give in your billing details, once payment has been received. It also serves as a tax invoice when it shows a legal name and ABN.
Payment
Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card details are entered with that provider and are never held by this site.
Your ticket
No physical tickets are issued. Your booking page and confirmation email are your ticket, and your guests' names are on the door list.
Changes and cancellations
You can change guest names from your booking page until bookings close.
Whether a booking can be cancelled, transferred or refunded is decided by the event organiser, not by Book This. To ask about a change or a cancellation, contact Events at TwoDeForce.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In particular, if the event is cancelled, or changed so significantly that it is not what you booked, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.
Guest details
If you enter details for other people, you confirm they are happy for you to do so. The organiser may email guests about the event, and guests are added to the door list.
Privacy
What we collect and why
We collect your name, contact details and billing address to process your booking, send your confirmation email and any tax invoice, and contact you about the event. Where you enter details for other guests, we collect their name and contact details, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us, so that the organiser and the venue can cater for them.
Who we share it with
We share these details with the event organiser, with the venue where it is needed for catering or access, and with the payment provider that processes your payment. We do not sell your details.
Marketing
Any marketing consent is separate from your booking and optional.
