Booking terms
Who you are booking with
Your booking for 2022 Women In Packaging LIVE presented by Packaging News is made with the organisation shown at the foot of this page as collecting payment. That organisation and the event organiser are responsible for the event itself. Book This provides the booking system and is not a party to your booking.
Making a booking
Choose your tickets, add attendee details if you have them, and give your billing details. Your booking is complete once payment has been received.
While you are paying, your seats are held for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time the seats are released and you will need to book again.
Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. No fee is added for paying by card, and the total is shown before you pay.
A tax invoice is emailed to the billing address you give, once payment has been received.
Payment
Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card details are entered with that provider and are never held by this site.
Your ticket
No physical tickets are issued. Your confirmation page and the emailed tax invoice are your ticket, and your attendees' names are on the door list.
Changes and cancellations
You can change attendee names from your booking page until bookings close.
Whether a booking can be cancelled, transferred or refunded is decided by the event organiser, not by Book This. To ask about a change or a cancellation, contact Events at TwoDeForce.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In particular, if the event is cancelled, or changed so significantly that it is not what you booked, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.
Attendee details
If you enter details for other people, you confirm they are happy for you to do so. We email each attendee their event information and add them to the door list.
Privacy
What we collect and why
We collect your name, contact details and billing address to process your booking, issue your tax invoice and contact you about the event. Where you enter details for other attendees, we collect their name and contact details, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us, so that the organiser and the venue can cater for them.
Who we share it with
We share these details with the event organiser, with the venue where it is needed for catering or access, and with the payment provider that processes your payment. We do not sell your details.
Marketing
Any marketing consent is separate from your booking and optional. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

To ask for a copy of the details held about you, to correct them, or to raise a privacy concern, contact Events at TwoDeForce.
